For as long as the coronavirus crisis has been going on, Joe Biden has been publicly laying out precisely what we should have been doing to overcome it. In fact the Obama administration literally wrote the pandemic playbook and left it behind for Donald Trump who ignored it and proceeded to screw up everything.
Now Donald Trump is suddenly claiming that he’s had a coronavirus plan all along, though he can’t seem to tell us what his plan was supposed to be. Pete Buttigieg, the former rival and current ally of Joe Biden, is coming out swinging at Trump over this:
We didn’t shut everything down just because. We did it to buy time for a plan to save lives, so that by now we could be beating the pandemic by working the plan. But #TrumpHasNoPlan.
That’s why so many lives depend on defeating him and electing @JoeBiden in November.
